Item status codes used by YBP in Gobi:

• In stock: 5 or more copies available in a YBP warehouse
• Low stock: 1-4 copies available in a YBP warehouse
• Orders accepted: No copies on hand. Upon receipt of an order, YBP will send a purchase order to the publisher and supply as soon as possible. If not available from the publisher, YBP will supply an updated status.

We can expect a longer lead time for books in the "orders accepted" category.
Check with Blackwell's to see if the item is "in-stock" or "low stock" there.

If the order is time-sensitive, look to Titles, Chapters, Amazon, or Barnes and Noble and order from them if listed as "in stock" or "ships in 24 hours".

Note: When Chapters/Amazon say things like "Usually ships within 4 to 6 weeks", they're going back to the publisher as well.
