Useful for seeing what LC has put in a particular classification number, how they’ve catalogued a particular book, what they’re using as the series, etc. A good general place to look for examples.

Useful when looking for records for Canadian publications not found in OCLC, how other Canadian libraries have treated a resource or series, or seeing how other Canadian libraries have classified a book in FC or PS8000/9000.

Create a free account on Amicus so that you can download MARC records (bib and authority). More on this later.
